How to request a refund

iThing AB is the seller. Email conny@zyber.se with the email address you used at checkout and the payment date, and we will refund the payment to the same card. Refunds are returned through our payment provider, Swedbank Pay, and normally appear on your statement within a few banking days.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time on the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
